Hi!
My name is Todd Clanton, and I'm the proud owner of Carolina Building and Renovation, LLC. I wanted to leave a note telling you a little about myself, my company, and what we do.
I have been in residential building since 1996. I obtained my North Carolina General Contractor's (NC License #37241) license when I was 19 years old, and have been involved in the construction industry ever since. Over the past 20 plus years, I have successfully completed projects of all sizes and complexity - from small remodeling projects to new home construction, simple rotten wood repair to large room additions and foundation settlement repair. In 2017, I founded Carolina Building and Renovation, LLC and have continued to operate in the Charlotte, Monroe, and Concord areas of North Carolina. We utilize the experience and subcontractor relationships that I have accumulated over the years to give all of our clients exceptional quality and craftsmanship on every project. You can find pictures of some of our past projects on the "Gallery" page, and some testimonials from past satisfied customers below. Check it out! If you are interested in getting a quote on a project for your home, or for a new construction home, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on the "Contact" page. We will be happy to come out and give a free, no obligation estimate on your project!
Thanks for viewing our website!
